The two times I have had to go to their ER, they were most gracious and caring compared to some other hospital experiences.
Avoid this place like the plague.
Well here I go again, was rushed to hospital by ambulance. I so like the staff changes they have made. Yes some original staff is still there, yet there is a lot of new staff. I got Dr Jacks again, she and her staff were very kind- caring- and very attentive in the care i recieved. Also I know is if you give them a chance they'll give you one, you give them attitude they may choose to send it back. 7/26/17
Example - nurses who call people of Latin heritage "WETBACKS".
Nurses and doctors are very rude and arrogant. The nurse and doctor asked my wife what narcotics do you take on a regular basis at home, umm none!!! She doesn't use drugs!!! The doctor even raised his voice at my wife what the hell is that about!!!! Don't bring your family here the whole staff is incompetent!!!!! If I had the option this joke of a place would get 0 stars!!!!!

Radiology is seriously ridiculous! Took me 3 months to get an ultrasound and I was already at that time 7 months pregnant. They have to get new employees, ones that know what they are doing! I have been told by my drs office in cussing that they have lost patient's and this is not the first time that they have done that to a patient. Also told me they have switched stuff up 3x's now and they are still failing at there job.
If you go to "management", THEY BLAME YOU.
HORRIBLY RACIST STAFF.
